We are a full service optometry office with 30 years of experience. We have over 4,000 frames in stock and offer the latest technology in eye care, contact lenses and treatment of eye disease.
Eyecare Max opened May 1, 2012, with a “concept office” idea. This concept was to have the largest selection of frames in the Midwest and also give the best eye care for our patients.
Your glasses are custom made and are nonrefundable. However, we understand that there are times when changes are wanted or needed. If within 30 days of the original order you wish to change your glasses, we will remake them at no charge.
If choosing a more expensive frame or lenses, you will need to pay the additional charge. If choosing a less expensive frame, you will receive credit toward another pair of glasses. If you change to a less expensive lens, there is no credit issued. If you change from progressive lenses to lined bifocals, there is no credit issued.
Office credits will expire in six months, if not used. If using EyeMed vision plan, frame changes are NOT allowed. Delivery of glasses is typically within 14 days (10 business days). Complex jobs, back orders, or breakage of the frames or lenses in the lab MAY cause a delay. We will refund an order if not completed within 60 days. Normal adaptation is 7-14 days. If you don’t feel comfortable at that time, please let us know.
Sometimes adjustment of your glasses can solve problems. Adjustments are complimentary at any time. If you used a prescription from a different doctor and it is thought there might be an error, your insurance may cover rechecking you. Otherwise, there is a charge of $30.
